- Before using your new step can, peel off protective plastic material.
- Remove liner from step can.
- Place 13 Gallon / 49.2 L trash bag in plastic liner, making sure to fold the top of the trash bag over the liner.
- Place liner inside stainless steel step can.
- To conceal and secure the trash bag, make sure to push the bag toward the bottom of the step can, so the top portion is pulled tight and will be concealed by the lid.
- We recommend cleaning all surfaces with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleanser.
- This step can has a large, smooth, exposed surface, which may be prone to dings and dents through shipping or everyday use. Most impressions can be smoothed out or made less noticeable by applying pressure with your hand from the inside of the step can while pressing outward and rubbing in a back-and-forth motion.
