DURING COOKING
- Avoid using nonstick aerosol cooking sprays in your pan.
- We recommend only using silicone, nylon, bamboo or wood utensils when cooking.
- Do not overheat an empty pan or leave it unattended on the cooktop.
- Your cookware is oven-safe up to 400ºF (204ºC). Do not use under an oven broiler unit.
- Place your pan down gently and always lift to move instead of sliding especially on ceramic glass cooktops to avoid damage or scratches.

AFTER COOKING
- Always let the cookware cool before washing.
- Although your pan is dishwasher-safe, natural aluminum will discolor when placed in the dishwasher. To preserve the performance and beauty of the interior and exterior finishes of your pan, we recommend hand-washing and drying with a soft, non-abrasive towel.
- Over time the food-release characteristics of the ceramic coating may begin to fade. To revitalize the performance of the ceramic coating, simply re-season your pan.

A FEW SIMPLE TIPS
- Before first use, hand-wash with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Use a large spoon or tongs to safely remove steamed food from the insert prior to removing.
- The steamer insert is dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend hand-washing and drying to preserve the original finish. To ensure the steam holes are completely clean, soak the steamer insert in hot, soapy water for a few minutes and then gently scrub with a nonabrasive pad.

- After each use, hand-wash immediately (do not place in dishwasher) with warm soapy water. Rinse with warm water, towel dry immediately and air dry completely prior to storage.
- Avoid scrubbing with hard bristles or abrasive pads as this may scratch the surface.
- Avoid soaking your bamboo accessories in liquid for an excessive amount of time as this may cause them to warp or crack.
- Over time the bamboo trivet may discolor after several uses, this is expected and does not affect the function of the trivet
